Please fill out the following form and complete the paypal payment to pre-register for the 72 Hour Driver Intervention Program.
Fees for online registration are processed by PayPal. You will not be charged until you have confirmed your order through PayPal. The current fees are listed on the Fees, Location and Contact info.
Currently, programs are held in Columbus, Cincinnati, and Toledo Ohio. Attendees should arrive by 6PM on the starting date of the program.
Online Registration deadline is Tuesdays the week of the program date. Please refer to the Fees, Location and Contact info to call to register after this date. Register below.
